We are always looking for skilled trade contractors to partner with on residential projects. If you would like to be considered, please complete the application below to allow us to evaluate your qualifications.

To ensure a smooth application process, please review and submit the following required documents:

✅ Subcontractor Agreement – Outlines terms, scope of work, and compliance requirements.
✅ Subcontractor Requirements Guide – Key expectations and policies for working with Element Home Creations.
✅ Form W-9 – Required for tax reporting purposes.
✅ Direct Deposit Authorization Form – Enables secure and timely payment processing.
✅ Certificate of Insurance (COI) – Proof of required liability and workers' compensation coverage.
✅ Trade License Guide – If your trade requires licensing, you must provide valid documentation.

As part of your application, provide three (3) references from projects you completed in the last 12 months. Each reference must include:
